Today Adam Burns owns and manages a successful Real Estate Brokerage (Burns Realty & Investments), a growing property management firm (BRI Management), and an in-house construction company (Synergy Construction Group LLC) as well as Drack Construction Management, all in the name of advancing his true passion of building safe and comfortable housing for the greater Boston community predominantly under the name Boston Pinnacle Properties LLC.
Andrew is a Development Associate involved in the full life cycle of real estate projects, including strategy, acquisition underwriting, permitting, project management, and asset management. Before joining Boston Pinnacle Properties, Andrew worked as an Acquisitions Associate at Newman Properties, a Brookline-based family office focused on multifamily investments. Earlier in his career, he consulted for Hudson Group, a local real estate developer, where he built financial models to support acquisition opportunities. He also gained project management experience at WinnCompanies, an affordable housing developer, supporting large-scale Low-Income Housing Tax Credit developments. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
Jackson joins BRI and Boston Pinnacle Properties as a Development Associate, helping to advance investment strategy, underwriting, permitting, construction, and asset management. He has a background in construction management where he worked at Suffolk Construction in preconstruction/ estimating and on-site as a Project Engineer. Jackson holds a bachelor's degree from Middlebury College, where he double majored in Economics and Geography and was a member of the varsity basketball team.
